Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand and acknowledge that golf and golf-related activities, including but not limited to lessons, tournaments, private events, group sessions, and playing rounds with Pros, involve inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, or death.

2. Specific Risks

These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Being struck by golf balls or golf clubs
• Injuries from swinging golf clubs
• Trips, slips, and falls on golf course terrain
• Injuries from golf carts or other equipment
• Exposure to weather conditions (heat, cold, lightning, etc.)
• Physical strain, muscle injuries, or overexertion
• Injuries from other participants or bystanders
• Wildlife encounters
• Any other hazards inherent to golf and outdoor activities

3. Voluntary Participation

I voluntarily choose to participate in activities arranged through Golf Pro-Me. I understand that I am free to decline participation at any time and that my participation is entirely at my own risk.

4. Waiver of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to use Golf Pro-Me and participate in activities arranged through the Platform, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Golf Pro-Me, TheKKaeb, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in such activities.

5. Assumption of Risk

I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that I might incur as a result of participating in activities arranged through Golf Pro-Me.

6. Medical Fitness

I represent that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in golf activities. I agree to inform any Pro of relevant health conditions before beginning any lesson or activity.

7. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf Pro-Me from any claims, lawsuits, or demands that may be brought by me, my family, estate, or any third party as a result of my participation in activities arranged through the Platform.

8. Acknowledgment

By using Golf Pro-Me, I acknowledge that I have read this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by its provisions.
