What it means when you confirm a lesson or event

When You Book a Private Lesson

By confirming a lesson booking, you agree to:

  • Attend the lesson at the scheduled time and location
  • Pay the Pro directly according to the agreed terms
  • Follow the Pro's cancellation policy if you need to cancel
  • Communicate directly with the Pro about any changes

When You Reserve an Event Spot

By reserving a spot at an event, you agree to:

  • Pay the event fee (if applicable) through our secure PayPal payment system
  • Attend the event at the scheduled time and location
  • Follow all event rules and safety guidelines
  • Understand the event cancellation and refund policy

Paid Events: For events with a fee, your reservation is confirmed only after successful payment. Payment is processed securely through PayPal.

What Golf Pro-Me Does

  • Facilitates the connection between you and Pros
  • Provides a platform for messaging and scheduling
  • Sends booking confirmations and reminders
  • Processes payments for event reservations via PayPal
  • Manages event registration and capacity

What Golf Pro-Me Does NOT Do

  • Guarantee the quality of instruction
  • Process payments between you and Pros for private lessons
  • Provide refunds for private lessons (handled directly with Pro)
  • Mediate disputes about private lessons or their payments
  • Assume liability for any outcomes

Lesson Cancellation

Important: Each Pro sets their own cancellation policy. Check the Pro's profile for their specific requirements before booking.

  • Review the Pro's cancellation policy before booking
  • Cancel within the required timeframe to avoid fees
  • Contact the Pro directly to cancel or reschedule
  • Refunds (if any) are between you and the Pro

Event Cancellation & Refunds

Event Refund Policy: You may cancel your event reservation up to 10 full business days before the event for a full refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Free events can be cancelled anytime through your dashboard
  • Paid events follow our event refund policy
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • If Golf Pro-Me cancels an event, you receive a full refund

Lesson Payment

  • Agree on payment method with your Pro before the lesson
  • Pay the Pro directly (not through Golf Pro-Me)
  • Keep records of your payments
  • Handle any refund requests directly with your Pro

Event Payment

  • Event fees are clearly displayed on the event page
  • Payment is required to confirm your reservation for paid events
  • Pay securely through PayPal (account or credit/debit card)
  • Receive email confirmation after successful payment

Your Acknowledgment

By booking a lesson or event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, as well as our full Terms & Conditions, Payment & Refund Policy, and Liability Waiver.
